Stedfast Bison Co. is a gate to plate ranch owned and operated by Steven and Nikola Boyd in Quesnel BC Canada. We raise our plains bison naturally in a low stress environment with minimal handling. They are fed on a diet of pasture, hay, essential minerals, and hand finished on organic oats. We do not use antibiotics or hormones. Bison meat is a sweet rich red meat, low in cholesterol, fat and calories and high in protein and nutrients.Established in 2018, the name Stedfast Ranch was chosen because of the motto on a metal Boy’s Brigade badge, Sure and Stedfast. It was passed down to Steven from Belfast Northern Ireland via his Grandfather. Our brand iron is the anchor symbol also taken from the historic family keepsake.Hebrews 6:19
